What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your gear ships, we will send a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that mounted snowboards or used skateboards are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer a warranty on your snowboards and skateboards?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Our snowboards typically carry a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, while skateboards and components are covered for 1 year.
How do I choose the right board size?
Board sizing depends on your height, weight, and riding style. We provide detailed size charts on every product page, but generally, a snowboard should reach between your chin and nose when standing upright.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international regions. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your products sustainably made?
Sustainability is at our core. We use responsibly sourced wood power plies, bio-resins, and recycled materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint while maintaining high performance.
